Shipping and delivery
5.1 We will endeavor to dispatch the Products to the address provided by you within the timeframe specified on our website. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control.
5.2 The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and to notify us immediately within 24 hours of any defects, damage or discrepancies. If products or packaging are damaged, you will also need a photo in which the damage is clearly visible.
Returns and refunds

6.2 Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the products are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
6.3 We will offer you a refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us and ship your product(s) to the address provided. If the transport costs exceed the value of the defective product, or if the product is not available, you will receive a credit note for the value of the goods.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a certain number of days.
6.7 Shipping costs
- You must bear the shipping costs for returning your products yourself.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to arrive.
